In short, would suggest you to not join here especially in Sales ( 15 people have left within six months) Good luck for your job search!

Poor management. No learning. Nepotism is prevalent.

Dislikes

The company has traditional methods of management and that need to be improved to match current corporate world. Technology is far behind. Nepotism needs to be stopped. People have a sense of insecurity. Work life balance was a joke. Seniors were actually senior citizens so they could not welcome young thoughts and creativity.
