Heads will play Good cop and workforce remains the bad cops for each other. Your hard work, contributions, ideas will become your boss's idea and no credit would be given to you. And this happens in each department.

Till now there is nothing to dislike. Just one thing if thay can change. They should focus on growth of Juniors rather than seniors. Juniors are foundation of company and they are doing the main job.

Good Work Life balance is maintained. As work is shifted to WFH on permanent basis. But soon it may suffer is attrition rate starts to increase with change in top management. Training and development with mentorship programme do help individuals on independent levels.
