Till now there is nothing to dislike. Just one thing if thay can change. They should focus on growth of Juniors rather than seniors. Juniors are foundation of company and they are doing the main job.

Some inflexible guys who have spent a long time in the company have very slow response time and are bureaucratic, which sometimes makes it difficult to deliver the work promptly.

Good Work Life balance is maintained. As work is shifted to WFH on permanent basis. But soon it may suffer is attrition rate starts to increase with change in top management. Training and development with mentorship programme do help individuals on independent levels.

Apart from Job Security and Career Growth. One disliking factor is indefinite plan for future expansion and no clear direction from Top management. Hope new management can fuel some fresh approach.

Company as Whole is great. Realistic targets with good teamwork capabilities. But the rewards could be better.

Dislikes

Future prospects looks bleak if top management shuffle didn't happen soon. Need some new and aggressive approach towards new standards and targets. Office politics are as usual. But promotion and appreciation depends solely to your superior.
