...balance is average, not that great but at par with a mature Indian organization. The pay scale is above average as compared to banking organization. If one doesn't provide inputs and do as is told, can increase chances of raise and 100% bonus, even if work is not upto the mark.

Culture is pathetic. There is still traditional thinking of supreme authority and 'I know it all' attitude. One a few members of the management call the shots for whole company and rest management members are mere spectators. Personal grudges between management leads to lot of resources, money and effort wastage. It would be years before the

Flexible Hours. I can work from home. Salary within a month even if last day is holiday. No micro management. Easy leave approval. Friendly environment.

Deadline are so much short for every project. BAs are so slow in gathering requirement. We need good BAs in org. 🥲

The payouts for in this company are good. Regarding salary and incentive. There is no better company than this in two-wheeler sector. And the company is very good. Hero is Hero

There is no Progress in this Company. No matter how well you do your work, you will Not Change .You Can't Climb heights in this Company..In this company you are an Offroll Employee. In this Company , This cases which you once had in the Collection,do not remain with you but go to someone else. And the Case's on which you will do good work, those cases are sent by changing the allocation to others..!!

They give lots of target which is impossible to achieve. They polices is not at all good Salary is very low dont give any increment Very aggressive towards employee..... Give lots of Work and stress

I have worked in Hero as Sales manager for 3year. overall work culture is good also good satisfaction and seniors also supporting but lack of knowledge of backhand team likely credit and IT team.It should be improve this because business would be stuck due to those lack of support

Appraisal happening but promotion doesn't happening only happend a designation change letter but salary none of the hike.Poor IT team incentive also poor for onroll employee.
