Decent Work Life Balance, Good Support from Management until you work there.

Current Situation of company is not good, it is already blacklisted from FAME 2 subsidy due to cheating the government. There has been no increment for past 2 years now and company still wants people to not leave. They do not accept or reject resignation, will not fulfill the F&F process and create unnecessary issues.

Likes

Good work culture. It’s employee friendly organisation. You will feel good here. They consider human life value, during Covid period in 2020 we worked around 7 months from home continuously. Promoters (specifically Mr. Naveen Munjal) are really good human beings.

Dislikes

Treatment for factory staff is on little lower side in comparison to Gurugram office where I served. But still very good place to work.

It's been 8 years since I am working with Hero Electric & It was a great experience to work with Such employee oriented Company, learning at this platform is amazing, working with the organization is adorable & Management treats as an Hero Electric Family under Hero Care policy. Would like to give 10/10 rating & a Great place to Work With teammates are Supportive and the management is transparent.

Till the time of my experience of 8 years I didn't feel anything unusual. Seniors & Management is cooperative, feel free to express views.
