Till now experience of mine in Hero Cycles Ltd. is good.Its a good place to work.Working enviroment is bit in pressure but you will get sufficient AIR to live so relax about the pressure on the work, It will take 2 months to get familiar to work profile & product manfacturing process and stages. PEOPLE at work are good at LUDHIANA plant they are very co-operative and facilities such as regular trianing programs and health check up with dispensry in plant for first aid will be sufficient for your working and if then also you dont get satisfied from the work enviroment of the company then you get subsidies canteen for snacks and lunch. It is a good company to work, yet man never satisfies so I am going to fill the dislike box too. PROUD HERO CYCLES EMPLYOEE...THANKU

Future is not too bright of career beginner (GET/DET) untill be over there,i.e. either in terms of starting package offered, increment or job responsibilities (below your level of capabilities).

...he help of brass wire.cycle rim manufaturing&bicycles assembly with their parts. company pay salary on time at 7thevery month.traveling allowance every year in april.welding section area is so large. every shop have fan&exiting fan for environment.company ask kaizen to every employee&give pramotion for good kaizen.working life is good. every employee work in team&dedicated to his job.

Nothing to like.. Even they are fraud. Unnecessary salary deduction. Our salary is 15000 inhand but recive 10000/- only. This is my opinion for everyone don't go in Hero Cycle.

Dislikes

1) No salary slip, no banifits no respond from HR or your management. Every body fraud. 2) Issue in onus which is not receive last year and current after fulland final they told me you give us 14000/-. They are begging like begger. 2) Poor Working Culture 4) Sunday working and no holiday in any event. 5) No increment, partiality, Heavy politics and no future. Note :- If you want to spoil your life then consider Hero Cycles.

Disturbed both personal and work life. Abusive working culture. Seniors have no manners to talk with team due very bad temperament. Poor leadership. Negligence of top management. No values of your skills. HR policies are not equal and not declared properly.
