Disturbed both personal and work life. Abusive working culture. Seniors have no manners to talk with team due very bad temperament. Poor leadership. Negligence of top management. No values of your skills. HR policies are not equal and not declared properly.

Market leader in terms of sales numbers in branded cycle industry. On time Salary.

Dislikes

Very unstable working culture. No proper working policies for Market as well as for employees. Payout is very-very low according to workload and sales pressure. No on the job training. HR dept. is just like puppet. No support from Senior management, they will treat you like a slave. Specially your reporting manager. Very unprofessional person I have ever seen in my career. He will abuse you using personal matter. Your job will depend on your sales numbers only. Forget about your personal life and family. All in all a big Lala company. Worst nightmare of my life working in this company. Think thrice before joining this company.

Brand Name - Hero - For an outsider it's like "wow you work in Hero" - Salary on time - You will want to cycles, which is a health benifit

- It's a Lala Organization - Bosses are horrible , across departments and functions - Horrible travel policy, when you go for a market visit you are expected to stay in a hotel at an amount of ₹1400 ( from Assistant Manager to Senior, even in Mumbai or Bangalore) - The marketing function has no direction - Annual Plans are a joke, you ask the Marketing Head mid year where are we on the yearly plans, the CMO will have no answers - As a marketer you will do nothing productive , it's a completely support function ( internal name - Publicity Department) - Incremental are the poorest across the industry - You have to remind CEO for performance bonuses - 4 individual have left from Marketing in Calendar Years 2020-2021. And these guys have left were not asked to leave Don't ruin your career by joining in Marketing or Sales.

Almost everthing , no proper growth prospects, high degree or nepotism, learning curve is zero, very poor salary appraisal , work enviornment is pathetic , full of politics. Every one tries to drag you down

Nothing to like.. Even they are fraud. Unnecessary salary deduction. Our salary is 15000 inhand but recive 10000/- only. This is my opinion for everyone don't go in Hero Cycle.

Dislikes

1) No salary slip, no banifits no respond from HR or your management. Every body fraud. 2) Issue in onus which is not receive last year and current after fulland final they told me you give us 14000/-. They are begging like begger. 2) Poor Working Culture 4) Sunday working and no holiday in any event. 5) No increment, partiality, Heavy politics and no future. Note :- If you want to spoil your life then consider Hero Cycles.
