Dear Friends, My opinion on the bases of personal experience I had at the time of interview with HR Ayaz Ghausi (Hermes Travel and cargo), never ever attain interview with Hermes Travel till Mr Ayaz Ghausi HR Manager available in the company. If you really wants to get disrespected by company HR Mr Ayaz Ghausi you are most welcome to attain. His way of communication with candidates is unprofessional. This guy is spoiling the reputation of company by his unprofessional way of communications. In my opinion Company Director should conduct HR training to train Hr regarding professionals way to communicate. In my prescription, He thinks he's the sole boss of the entire company with an objective that candidate appearing for interview are purchased candidate on which he can used all his unprofessional nature and culture to disrespect. This guy don't care a bit about company reputation and accountability he's is just interested to show cast unprofessional way of communications. Requesting Hermes Travel and cargo Company Director's to have an eyes on HR Manager Ayaz Ghausi to see things work in professional and not in unprofessional way to prevent reputation of company.
