Callous attitude of management towards teachers, long working hours and fewer holidays as compared to other schools, too many supervision duties, harsh HR policies, no empathy or concern for employee motivation, and top management takes pride in making things difficult for teachers

Likes

Its a great place if you want to grow and learn as a professional. The best part about this place is the community. Heritage community is one of its kind. They act as pillars of support for everyone and not just in professional space but personal space as well.

Nothing really except that they have a good team of experts who have mastered the art of fooling the parents and other community members. Maintaining a good paper work for everything (without this mostly existing on ground) is yet another achievement of theirs.

Dislikes

Too much of work place politics, oldies will not let you succeed in any new venture fearing their exposure, they don't really have a vision of School Security & Safety and don't seem to be interested either, there is a lackadaisical tendency of not listening or adhering to security protocols which poses a great risk to the safety of the occupants, the genuine safety issues/concerns are purposely kept unnoticed (highlighting these for corrective action are taken to be an offence), parents are often mislead showing fake dreams of the systems in place (which only exists on paper/ppts and nothing on ground), incidents are mostly covered up, they are lucky to be only surviving at God's mercy.

Likes

This is school is freely minded school for learning and growth for the children there is no dress code for students in this school. In this school lots of activities done for children and staff. I learnt so many things in this organization.

The company named eduxa is really unprofessional. They don't follow any rules and regulations.

Unprofessionalism, no work life balance, work environment is not healthy, unhealthy competition, all politics and no work.
