Job security very poor, management also v.bad, they don't know employee management.

Why I am saying they don't know employee management because after hiring one candidate then after 6 months without any notice period- without any Mail communication and without giving salary terminate as a verbal communicate with employees. Or employee will leave this company. When employees join this company employee will be provide 3 months cheque for his job security amount. (As per management term) This type of management in this company.

The Trust deals with PPP mode Post Graduation level courses, Thus, as I HR you have to deal with peoples in imparting education such as lecturers, readers, professors etc. There is a on boarding program for 2 days and 1 week functional training scheme for each selected candidate.
