All staff are cooperative and supportive. Good environment in the hospital. Treatment and diagnosis are awesome. All the department are excellent with experience doctor and advanced equipment.

Nothing else but one thing is that which are not good this is about salary.

Very poor salary ( 5 years experience employees max salary 8K/month) 80% employees. PF/ESI benefits activate after completion of probation period. Probation period time limit no any one knows 5% salary increment after 14 months.

There is really lot of politics because of which i resigned.Salary is not good but skill development is good as you get variety of cases to handle in independently.Training is not given at all.

I like organizational culture and advanced technology based Laboratory services with Quality service by well qualified professional.

Dislikes

Old employees was selfish, not give the chance to new employees for any kinds of new responsibility.
