But Employee safty Nathing and salary,managers do not value hard work individual person and HR person also giving promise to salary increment next year after joining they don't care .why iam saying iam example. Iam join in 2016 my role it assistant they told me that ur salary increment next year but increment is 300 Rupees. My office Intime morning7to night 12 or two o'clock iam doing s/d and IT one year no party no function totally health is injured that time 'In this company salary very low. Last suggestions is please minimum salary 18 to 20k person they living thing buying notenoff to low level employees this is big failure in this company, please .managent will using employees multi tasking work and salary increment issues they don't raise in their any meeting time.. Sir please don't lost any Employe in our family.. Please please..

I dislike about working at heritage food limited is it is far away from my native place That is more difficult to take leave and return back from home. I native place is in Nepal birgunj.

HFL Family eat up the entire salary of those who resign in the end & These people did not pay me my 21000 rupees and said that I did not complete the 20 day notice period whereas I had completed 16 days. As per their company rules, 4 days salary should be deducted but they deducted full 30 days salary.

I am apply for One month medical leave(loss of pay) but I am intimation to RI Quality and mail send to HR ,RI ,ZI also.RI is accepted my leave .But Company HR treated ABSCANED. So I am loss of my Experience and Reliving... I am asking so many times to company HR ,He is tell negligence answer..
