At heritage foods limited job security is good.becasue it is a well settled organisation and give good salary's from lost 25 years in with in time.and life is have good growth in this company.work culture also good.employees work atmosphere is good.

Company policies regarding appraisals are not fair and they don't give salary hike, career growth is very slow, Expenses are not fair

Heritage has goodwill in markert because they are furnishing better service to customers through their best products. Personally , My family also customer of Heritage Foods, we consuming Heritage Milk and Curd on Daily. Overall, I am happy to worked at Heritage and I would like say thanks to Top Management.

...ithout employee interest, it will be caused push to employee unsecure situation.Salary growth is Low and not encouragble, HR dept does not consider and unfavorable for employee personal requests for who are interested and ready to work for long tenure. Some senior guys feels unsecured for thier position, So they are not support to junior level guys in their dept and They have very interested at office politics, these are created unhealthy conditions in company, this is caused to innocent people will be bothered.
