...yal are just the most screwed as nothing is offered in return for your loyalty And the best thing is the salary that you get as you can only afford to buy peanuts based on the package what they offer! Company just gives false hopes and always needs a reason to not give yearly hikes in the name of market recession as company is facing losses whereas company can definitely afford to promote and give hikes to employees who they think are worth it! Think before you join and waste your entire career!

Work culture is good.

Dislikes

No increment, No promotion, No bonus It's been 4.5 years almost. Every time you will get another reason for not being promoted. Same reason for increment. And for your best performance you will get lots of unpaid awards for your work. But cannot expect any financial progress.

The management sells COMFORT and FLEXIBILITY as their USP to the employees. So everything but proper work and compensation.

Dislikes

...or leadership has enjoyed for too long without any proper or practical strategy. Try to save cost as much as they can by hiring employees from India for dirt cheap compensation. The managers take a mile from employees and only give an inch. management people try to take all the credit for the work of Engineers. Everyone from the Senior leadership to a normal engineers seems to be disassociating with the company pretty quick. It seems to go only downhill from here

Work life balance and scope for improvement given to everyone, even if someone makes a mistake he is not treated guilty he/she is given a chance to improve and support is provided.

Dislikes

Pay scale is too low, From last 2 years increment is not provided neither talented people are retained only old employees who don't want to grow and have got their comfort zone are their in the organisation

Poor growth Poor salary hikes and promotions Work life balance is very worst in the past 3 years (as Login time has been certainly increased to almost 8hrs which is monitored using tool and 8hrs to be reflected in production tools) Seniors/project coordinators tasks are hectic and no support from management whatsoever to mitigate the issue of recruiting new senior members
