1. They don't pay salary (4 months once you get paid, that also if you beg) 2.They don't generate PF account 3.No proper organisation setup 4.overtime work - 16 hours work (daily) 5. saturday/ sunday also work 6. they dont provide laptop, they will provide desktop only that also you need go the so called office, you need pack them and you only need bring to your home, they don't pay for that. 7.You need to submit original certificates while joining 8. Two years of bond 9. If you ask for your cerificates in between for any verification they wont give 10. If ask for salary they will scold you. 11. There are still so many things to say, you just ask the former employee of the company through linked in before you joning this company

...ceeding five months in many cases. As a result, many employees left the company. When questioned about salaries, management would respond dismissively, asking why salary is needed. They showed no concern for employee welfare and, in many instances, failed to create PF accounts. Employees who raised concerns about their salaries were often blocked and ignored. To make matters worse, the company imposed a 2-year bond and collected all original documents. Currently, they don't even have a proper office. I strongly advise anyone considering joining this company to stay away.

...eate PF account. 3. You have to work more (8am to 9pm) but you will get nothing. Abd for bonus you may have to work Saturdays also without pay.

As a startup you will learn so many technologies.

Company policy is very bad. Management is not good. Salary they provide is below average. Work pressure is very high. Management will put you on leave for full day by themselves if your system is not working for half day by saying your day has not been productive. No Pf amount and creation. You will be moved from one project to other in a short span of time.

Good work environment and it is a perfect place for Freshers to learn new technologies and best practices.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Salary is decent and lot of work pressure as well.
