Product Catagory for targeted customer at mid segment, it's OK for Hepo as new company.

Dislikes

No Professionalism, just like "Lala" based Company. Only one person is controlling all management. No power of HR. HR just puppy like that.

No future in this company . No profesnal. Management if you are working on Pacific area after few days GM will open another distribution. When sales person don't know about it and will say sell in new PD . No profesnal work . You will do will target managers will hold your incentive due to personal issues .
