Good WLB, salary, benefits, and company culture. Manager will listen and let you scream, but will not keep commitments made in one-on-ones. Since they lack decision-making power.

Compared to existing this company employees, your designation level will be one level down, but you may be ahead in salary. Beginning one year, laterals receive a single-digit salary increase. No job security. No work culture. No compensation benefits. No satisfaction at work place

The management, especially the HR head, manager, and trainer, are terrible for not understanding and discussing. Even my project stinks.

If you are considering joining Henry Harvin as an employee or enrolling as a student, I strongly advise you to think twice. The promises made are not fulfilled, and both employees and candidates end up feeling deceived.
