Dislikes

1. Change is slow as the company is late to adopt new tools and concepts which is essentially needed to avoid leakages. All global strategy is drilled down nothing is heard from regional level. 2. Promotion is slow, unless your manager has very good plans for you or you're a female employee. 3. HR only talks to you on the first and last day of your employment. 4. Company is focused too much focused on Gender diversity rather skill diversity. 5. Management should hire and encourage real consultants rather listen too much to Enablement team.

...ily late working hrs, Saturday working, no support from superior as well as HR..HR was very irresponsible they missed to process salary and ask to adjust..pathetic ppls, lots of politics, subboradinate are very rude
