The increment policy is inadequate and there is a lack of effective HR policies. The HR team including Smita Ghogare displays a lack of professionalism and poor communication skills. There are minimal opportunities for career growth, making this company a poor choice for anyone who is seeking a positive and progressive work environment. Joining this company will hinder your career development rather than advance it.
