No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Founder was good Hemendra Thakrar who passed away, still who knows him remembers working with him. Product line are good.

I would not recommend this company due to several significant issues. the working culture is poor, with management decisions heavily influenced by internal politics, particularly involving Kapil Girotra and Devika Thakrar. The increment policy is inadequate and there is a lack of effective HR policies. The HR team including Smita Ghogare displays a lack of professionalism and poor communication skills. There are minimal opportunities for career growth, making this company a poor choice for anyone who is seeking a positive and progressive work environment. Joining this company will hinder your career development rather than advance it.
