There is nothing good to say about company. the employee who leave the job due to harassment and frustration , company do not even pay there full dues and bonus .

Hempel do not recognize the hard work of employee

As a Company, Hempel is very good. Salary always on time. System driven company. Increments are alway on time. but recent Management is terrible. No Authority to Sales to do anything like negotiation or deciding Credit limits etcs. Prices are in hand of one person only. Back office have more authority than National sale manager..

...ith a Danish based MNC alongwith different nationalities, culture and many more. Well secured job with good salary. Good opportunity of travelling for deserved candidates.

Exposure to multinational team with experience sharing the other country team during regional meet at Vietnam.

Dislikes

Seems biased approach with few acceptable mistakes are not considered for re-review with no opportunity for justification or explanation. More belief on some software driven comments, with access at the lowest level.
