...andemic situation arrived. They were rude to the staff and highly inconsiderate.They have fired the oldest of staff without any notice and any compensation without even thinking once that how will their families survive. There are certain pet employees who are their permanent because all they do is keep flattering the bosses and survive on others skills. There is no value of talent and creativity. It is actually a very old fashioned lala company who have no commitments and no job security for anyone.My advise to everyone is that please don’t waste your time in this company.pathetic place to work.

In May month they decided they will cut 30% salary for next six months when work will start in company but they will not fire single person,every employee was agree for that but suddenly in June first week they fired 70% staff and reason was they don't have money and work and the owner was not ready to 1 month notice period or 1 month salary for compensation. They were lying that time because they had enough money ,they sale more then 1crore in lockdown period. In August month they are hiring people for the same position which they fired in June month. These people are very selfish person I will suggest you all please don't go there Worst place

The management is extremely poor and lack of any clear planning most of the time is wasted, long and unproductive meetings 3 to 4 hours daily after these meetings, they still expect high productivity and ask the questions, why task is not completed ignoring the fact of such a long meetings cut into actual working hours The company does not respect employees work life balance office working hour is between 9 to 530 but in reality, most of the employees suffering after 530. They stay in office around 10:11 PM due to the heavy unnecessary workload on daily basis. Employees are Ghulam in this company this is totally and completely Lala company, so please don’t waste your time to make a career here they did not care about your mentally health, your personal life and your skills. They always have their unnecessary logic in which you always stuck so I will suggest if you want to make your career then don’t spoil your time in Hemant And Nandita Uff Lintl cloning Private Ltd.

Management is not good and toxic environment. If company want to growth then required best employees for company. If your employee is not secure and not friendly with company culture then no best employees would join this company. So need to take care of office culture/job stability and employees trust.

Staff and management is good but retainership and tenor is not as per the desired level which someone thinks switching job for long term. And veen asked to leave with or without notice period. Any day anytime.
