...coordination between HOD and team. Old pattern of work culture. No job security. No salary apperial on time. If they give good offer than also dont join it. Their is no work balance life. Work culture is very old pattern.

As such there is no dislike abt the company but the small change to be made is in working days, I feel Saturdays should be off working or atleast alternate saturdays.
