...ce in this NGO working for last 4 years, I'm really happy in Helpage India work. Helpage India is a career growth, trainning, job security, regularly salary, time management, leadership working for community, head office staff really good support but Helpage India (I'm not blame any one) Vidharbh team MHU Leader is a not supported to staff and behiavior such a harrashment. Harrasment to the staff member and castwise appointment and support only our cast employees. Such a shame and this true. This appointment not be tallent experience and behavior only for cast. They give themselves identification to the people of their own identity and to the people of wises.

For a lower middle class family, getting salary on time is crutial what I receive with no failure. Most importantly there is no lobbying, your performance only speak for you. and secondly Weekly Off and Leave is very well Receive

There is a lots of politics line manager and other one person (can't describe here) not work very well spo create a own rule's for other staff but they not follow the rules... There create the lots of problems for job ... And I feel badly we are going to work line manager not elders because he give a lots of problems and distributed in our site time patient counseling time

The cause is different and that makes the organisation special. The work culture and environment is more like a family than an organisation. Great place to work!!

The growth path is very slow and the package is low as well

The management looking after healthcare department are not well versed with it...they have some unusual off the book rules like per day patient target like the one's usually found in corporate hospitals...I am compelled to remind that I am working for an NGO.
