The work hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with time allocated for self-learning and personal development. I find great satisfaction in my work here. It's a supportive company that values growth, and I appreciate the opportunity they gave me by hiring me as a fresher.

The salary benefits are quite inadequate. I joined at ₹8k, and after a year, there has been no hike or appraisal. Job security is highly unstable, and internal politics are rampant, creating a toxic work environment that hinders growth and collaboration.
