...years learning and upskilling is very limited compared to other Tier1 suppliers. Salary is good but not exceptional, there is no other major employee benefits.

Management in India is not much supportive No clear promotion and growth criteria Perks are less over Hella Global Employees they get more but obvious than Hella India Insecurity , being an automobile manufacturing company , not so much importance to IT infra (although in house )
