Worst company i guess. I worked there for 1 month, salary is delayed by 2-3 months LOL. They expect you to work like slave.people working here ,has no knowledge about software development. Team lead are hoax. Please don't join. Nothing to like

Ceo is very good , all employee very friendly, scope of learn many things .All TL are good.when We get work from home . Without reason not being lay off.

...re is Non-Existent, no authority. Not a safe place for female employees at all. Salary Are Never on Time. More then 2 months delay in salaries, very unprofessional expectation from employees. Work Hours are fictional. Expect employees on constant back & call even long after office hours. Weekends also are not available, constant meeintgs are scheduled. Very Bad Company for anyone's career.

I am writing this review after completing six months in Heliware as a Software Engineer. The company culture is very much friendly that i never hesitate to share my opinion or thoughts. The Authorities and my seniors are very understanding and supportive by nature. The most interesting part of heliware are their products they are offering world-wide. In my tenure i am working on great projects. Another plus point is flexible work & not politics. As a startup, it is working great. Thanks
