We did face a crisis,for a short period of time here in the company but now things are good and we work as a team. Also, have shared good memorable moments here in office and looking forward for more good days.

The only benefit you will have working here is that you will learn to tackle toxic people and demotivating seniors.. they will torture to that you will start having suicidal thoughts, few days ago something like this happened also.

Dislikes

Everything from poor management to dirty politics of seniors to late salary credit mostly in next months that too in 50 -50 ratio. Hr rude behavior towards employee. Working 12 hour shift is minimum expectations from everyone on submission you might have to work till next morning happened with me always. Even after working so hard you have to beg even for sick leaves. Seniors are so demotivating specially some super seniors

the team seniors are really good and that creates a very healthy and creative work atmosphere

the only issue with the company is the empolyees face drastic pressure due to delay in salary sometimes the salary delayed for 2 consecutives months
