Teammates works are leg pulling, no one wants to train about job due to job security, appraisal for only buttery peoples, Much politics for Survival, work life balance is zero as you have to work 12-14 hours, and have to attend calls in the evening and late into the night. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
