I think the company's work environment is excellent; the entire team is warm and welcoming, and it's a terrific place to learn new things. The way they give Training is really appreciated one and it will help a lot of fresher to know about how exactly the consultancy work and how to source and screen the profiles in job portals.

Every company is a targeted one and this company concentrate more about target than individual growth and knowledge. Lots of pressure during sourcing and follow up candidates. They won't give any chances to improve the employee career. No Target no Job, this is the mantra which is not written on the board but followed in the company.
