...r time for staff category One way ticket providing at the time of joining only No accommodation,No food , getting fixed salary only No other benefits for staff Administration is very poor in work sites All departments under construction domination More than 08 hrs working (12hrs) with out over time in projects especially in tank const. Unit Public holidays also we have to work with out benifit Hospitalization also very poor Transportation very poor Increment after 03 years only
