enjoyed the staff as well as thee residents. staff wise team work was exceptional. let's just say, a nursing home is a nursing home with the exception of heartland, seemed to care and take more interest in the care given and received. the education dept was on top of in services and was always available.

to heavy of work load for both the nurses and cna's. as a nurse we are suppose to supervise the cna's and residents' with the amt of pts to staff doesn't allow for much social interactions with residents. no time to spend with helping other staff when needed. doing nurses responsibility of meds, txs, supervision and dealing with family members and different emergencies that happens usually daily. .staffing and time management are a big negative to me

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
