There is nothing which an employee would like about Hearing Plus.The salary of the previous month id given on 25 or 26th of the next month.

Dislikes

The work environment and work culture is not at all comfortable.There is as such no co.petition of work between the emoloyees rather there is always a chance for people who can give oil to the senior members of the respective department.

...r keeps no stone unturned when it comes to cost cutting..no employee is secured. Once a VC invests in the company, they hire people in a bunch however when they can't pay ,they fire. There is nothing called work culture.

When I joined this organization, everything was okay, there was appraisal, there was work ethics, management was good.

Just before pandemic, there was a downfall in this company and along with it, the management also degraded, the management run by so called idiot p m of the company with no sense of humanity and work ethics humiliated me with wrong accusations, salary was never on time. One of the most unethical work place.

You have to even fight for your own epf withdrawal after you live your job. No cooperation from company. In many case including me half of epf job duration deposit to unknown account which is very hectic to find out.

Dislikes

Worst management. Any credit of your effort will be hijacked by your senior management.
