zero work life balance, minimum 10+ hours of working, so much micro management. Salary is getting after 40-45 days.....

I worked here for 2.5 years as a QA, and as a fresher, I can say that it’s a good company for learning overall, but there are significant management issues. Many of the management team members don’t seem to know how to effectively handle or deal with employees. If you’re introduced to a client, you have a higher chance of receiving the expected appraisal. Otherwise, appraisals are often decided without consulting the employee. As for my manager, he is a nice person, but his behavior as a manager is problematic. He tends to be rude and has anger issues. When we have professional disagreements, he takes them personally and behaves accordingly. Due to these management issues, some employees have even taken legal action against the company. I would suggest joining this company only if you have no other offers and are struggling to find a job elsewhere.

Toxic work culture. Strict rules for attendance. Micro level management of time. No job security. All the time pressure of work. Forces to give tech talks. Excellent salaries for a special group of people only.

1.Social exclusion, Breadcrumbing, Ignoring , bad politics from senior and tech lead and BA(Business analyst) level. Bad mental manupulation 2. Abusive languages from fellow employees, and seniors keep motivating such behaviour in publicly until a targeted employee leaves the company. 3. Manager gives psudo commitments. 4. No chance of socializing even when you will work with everyone, because they will ignore your existence badly. 5. I tried 100% to get more in group and they excluded me everytime.
