everything dislike There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is not arrive at a time no cl no pl and no sl there is a bond of 2 year after bond complete no settlement very bad company any experience person not to go in this company no job security and salary not given please everyone not to go

Company is good but problem is that union and old people due to wrong attitude they are spoiling name so that they can continue for long term.

i joined as production chemist , i had amazing experience of learning as a fresher. fresher are not welcome & taken easily they have taken and trained us to move in life. now i am in mnc due to them only, i have learned many product manufacturing. learned also little qc & qa part also due to openness in discussion.
