The products to work upon are good. You get good exposure on the technical front.

Dislikes

The partiality, especially meted out to Service department. The compensation is always way below the market trends. The growth is there but not if you perform exceptionally well, but only and only if you are not in the service department. Have to be on your toes everytime. And if you want to leave, forget about your variable income, as Healthware will not give you the fruit of your hard labour of previous year as a token of punishment for leaving them.

Healthware is a company where employees are treated respectfully. You will be free to ask and clear your doubts. Their is no distinction between senior and a junior . All are treated equally and each of them share their experiences with each other so that the others doesn't commit the same mistakes.

Company offers you less salary. Salary hike is rarely seen here

Everything, job security terrible manager is always behind the tour, kharcha ho gaya no work output. Terrible team manager, feels like crying nothing to be happy about terrible bosses, horrible work culture

It's a lala type company, no corporate culture is there manager's are egoistic and clever. They Always misbehave and talking in abusing manner. I advised all don't join such worst company.its bad place to work.

There manager's are misbehave to lower employees and they think about his monopoly in decesion.

I like my work, company culture was very good. Seniors were cooperative.

Dislikes

I like my job very much but support for demonstrations for customers was not up to the satisfactory level. There was delay in the availability of the demo sets and delyas costs to me as well as to the company.
