I have been working with healthspring from May 2024 but still I have not yet received salary it been more than 2 months. As a site manager I have to lie again and again to my OHC staff for their salary as those are also pending

They are not paying salary on time, they pay twice in year so u want to wait for your salary for six months. No onw is response from HO for any kind of work. Very poor management

...f you face problems nobody picked your phone and even not answering your emails. One more thing the company deduct tax from your salary but not deposited to govt. and delayed issue from no 16 for tax file. You face panelty from tax department. So I recommend you don't join the Healthspring.

Too much of politics in centers, no bonus or increment, only bothered about sales..the staff like front desk and unit heads are non medical field and hence have no knowledge which leads to wrong communication to patients

The only thing to like about them is that their office is in a heritage building at fort which is also kept in such poor condition that you feel like Amol Palekar entering an office in early 70's.

Some of the feedback mentioned below are fraudulent. Here is the true story. Their induction claims are that they provide salary anywhere between 1st-5th but it doesn't get credited till 15th and keep in mind it's your previous month salary that hasn't been credited. Zeta card compensation comes post 20th. Mismanagement is at its peak. Leadership aren't employee centric. Even doctors are pressurised for sales. Probation notice is for a month compared to 14 days at other places and post probation its 2 months. Attendance system is pathetic.
