...ngs going and trying to find new opportunities in difficult scenario like this.. we are getting differed salary to keep the pace on which I am completely ok with. Entire operation work force is diverted towards sales and marketing activities for the time being to get maximum productivity.. there are lot Things we have learnt through this process. Overall enjoying it here and I give my sincere gratitude towards my company for its ethics towards employees by helping in all aspects , taking best care of well-being and keeping secure through such tough time. I am truly overwhelmed.

... and no satisfactory appraisal just 4-5% 4. Strict punching punch out system 5.Half day leave or Salary deduction even for 5 min Early punch out 6 Saturdays working even they don’t have as such work

I like the people I work with, the environment we work in, and the objectives of the organisation. It's very rewarding to know that we are making a difference in people's lives. I appreciate the trust my organisation has in me to take new projects and handle them with confidence. Team lead also provides clear direction and encourages to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
