You being hired for one post and will be given additional work of another posts job. The Director of the company has no manners regarding how to behave with an employee. HR doesn't even understand what is the meaning of HR and can't even reply mails in official way. Once management feels that ur employment no longer need led they will torture you till you resign.

If you know to l*** top managements a** then this the right place for you. You wont learn new things as the director and managers dont know anything about technology and learning. Caste discrimination is done by the IT head. If you want to just work for some experience then surely join this if you dont have any offers. And both the heads are perverts.

I worked here and I must say the workplace and environment is so so good and many things to learn and grow. I am glad I was a part of this company. Company's founder and director Mr Vishal Jain is a gem of a person and can put all his efforts to make his customers happy

If you dont get anywhere then this can be considered. Till when you dont resign, poeple specially the heads behavior will be very nice. You will get ample of time to grow your skills by learning on your own (on your own only because even they dont know anything) plus salary.
