Overall is average but on salary basis it is so poorly and I am very disappointed about this. Company is growing day by day but company is not thinking about employees. They didn't grow salary of employees which important to us because we have our family also. They hardly think on growing salary of employees YOΥ.

Zero job security. Lay offs are very frequent. They only know online business no idea of GT/MT. Some old senior management guys the head for office politics and makes the organisation hell

I liked nothing in Healthkart. Because there is nothing to like.

Dislikes

1. Zero Job security - Whenever they want they say good bye to you. There is no as such policy for after lay off pay. They lay off people very easily without any genuine reason. 2. Slow HR working & zero trainings 3. Organisation structure changes every 2 months 4. Please think twice before joining this startup 5. Founder doesn't have potential to take risk & grow in market.
