Pros - Only pros is Good Salary which they offer at starting But Cons: Extra working hours on daily basis Poor Top Management No employee welfare, No satisfaction of work Poor work culture, everyone in Health Kart only talk about "Koi Aur Naukri Lagwa do" Highly career disoriented and No competitive work, Poor work flow balance

They are not providing any training, Career grwoth will stop, High politics at top level which also affect employees at lower level , Work Environment is very poor, No one knows what to do and how to do, Innovation and improvements are highly money oriented and, Work life totally unbalanced .

I don't like anything , but yes, one more important thing is to get a salary on time which is good

If you keep your mouth shut, if everything goes wrong, u need to shut your mouth ur job is secure if u say anything for right things that u will be fired

Overall is average but on salary basis it is so poorly and I am very disappointed about this. Company is growing day by day but company is not thinking about employees.They didn't grow salary of employees which important to us because we have our family also. They hardly think on growing salary of employees YOY.

I liked nothing in Healthkart. Because there is nothing to like.

Dislikes

1. Zero Job security - Whenever they want they say good bye to you. There is no as such policy for after lay off pay. They lay off people very easily without any genuine reason. 2. Slow HR working & zero trainings 3. Organisation structure changes every 2 months 4. Please think twice before joining this startup 5. Founder doesn't have potential to take risk & grow in market.
