...loyees who questions or disagrees or critiques his malpractices or wrong doings. He overworks his team and then underpay them, particularly when it comes to incentives/variable pay and forces female employees to work 12 hours a day and sometimes have forced his team to work in the nightshift for 9 hours just after a 12 hour dayshift.

It gives a salary like any other company so you can sustain yourself

Dislikes

If you have the slightest bit of respect for your career & self, do not join this company. They are in a loop of hire & fire since the last 3 years and have had unpredicted layoffs happening thrice in a span on 1 year. The company is in poor financial state. If they hire you, the only reason will be to suck the life out of you for 3-6 months as they are just money hungry & seek profitability. They lack integrity & culture as a company. Poor leadership & senior management promotes & retains based solely on office politics, so if you can be some "yes boss" person without using your brain only to be fired 6 months down the line, go for it. There is no growth in any role, people have been stuck for 2 years without appraisals. The CEO remains unaffected by what goes on in the ground level as the middle management & leadership blinds him with false pretences about ground reality. I am writing this review as they will start hiring again in the next 3 months given they just laid off 150 employees. The management is majorly full of narcissistic people who are not suitable leaders or managers.
