discrimination in terms distribution of leads. Some get very low quality leads and some get awesome leads and thats why these people are able get very high salary...but rest are just to clap. Plus they will keep on threatening you that they will fire you if you don't bring up the sale but they will not help you in anyway. This will affect your salary also, Consider this job as a temporary job for 6 months or 1 year. ..after that either they will fire you or you will be under so much depression seeing discrimination and politics that you will give up. leaves- you yourself will work continuous without even taking week offs because you will be under so much pressure to complete target (As they will be threatening you all the time asking you to resign)

...loyees who questions or disagrees or critiques his malpractices or wrong doings. He overworks his team and then underpay them, particularly when it comes to incentives/variable pay and forces female employees to work 12 hours a day and sometimes have forced his team to work in the nightshift for 9 hours just after a 12 hour dayshift.

If you have the slightest bit of respect for your career & self, do not join this company. They are in a loop of hire & fire since the last 3 years and have had unpredicted layoffs happening thrice in a span on 1 year. The company is in poor financial state. If they hire you, the only reason will be to suck the life out of you for 3-6 months as they are just money hungry & seek profitability. They lack integrity & culture as a company. Poor leadership & senior management promotes & retains based solely on office politics, so if you can be some "yes boss" person without using your brain only to be fired 6 months down the line, go for it. There is no growth in any role, people have been stuck for 2 years without appraisals. The CEO remains unaffected by what goes on in the ground level as the middle management & leadership blinds him with false pretences about ground reality. I am writing this review as they will start hiring again in the next 3 months given they just laid off 150 employees. The management is majorly full of narcissistic people who are not suitable leaders or managers.

Salary is on time.

No work life balance Company only wants revenue. Company is least bothered about services they just want to retain their clients no matter what. No employees are happy. Most of them resign within a year. NOTE FOR THE MANAGEMENT: If your employees aren't happy. the company is not going to grow. No matter how much technology you bring in. You will fail. There is still time to turn thing around.
