Nothing at all. Do not join this company at any cost. They will ruin your resume and career. They don't care how good you are and how well you perform. Mazhar from HR is the biggest fraud and cheat, he gives chance only to people he knows. It's all pure politics.

Specially Mazhar from HR team doesn't give any opportunity to any good candidate, he only forwards the application of people he knows. He is the biggest cheat.
