CD team is worst team to work Job is not secure when you work on CD team they always have one word to say PIP, salary or incentive Wil be stopped or I will terminate immediately.. wow to work on Pankaj and team because his team all covered with his own personal friends and they are boot licker to him. He create rules to promote his friends uff I have no words to say

... it gives high stress which cannot imagine.also there is no value for employees.and company is also going on loss so they are started reducing the basic pay which is against the rule, every month they reduce it salary and u have to run behind HR to get the pay ... Plz never leave ur better job and join there u will regret if u do that
