...l Target completion they can extend you for 2 hour 3 hour or even more to it. In every small reason your salary could be on hold or even your insentive could be on hold. Unwanted deductions in insentive without intimate the reason of deduct and there is no any fix date for insentive or even salary we also get late usually. There is no harachry even senior voice president run the floor and threat us as a team leader.

The company for the very beginning manipulates the employee in terms of work as well as the pay. Terrible experience.

There is nothing to be like about this company. Management never listen to you . They make you work like an robots even if you are not feeling well . No leaves without prior one week notice even if you have leaves in the bucket. You can't even take your SL without permission. There is no fixed time to leave office . They will make you work for straight 10-11 hours sometimes without giving any lunch break. Salary can go on hold , incentives deduction without any reason ,delay in incentives and no incentives given for the earlier months at the time of F&F

Worst work culture healthians have they force employee to work 12 hours such 3 rd class management they have live Mohammad Shavez Khans , Hr Anjali Sharma, and even CEO it self Deepak Sahni

They deducted salary if you even have leaves in your bucket force employee ot work 12 hours on daily basis also also upper management is also worst their wording change every time then are not even stick to their word itself thuuk se chakta is word made for healthians

...es VP Mr. Hazra is a molester. The company bailed him out from police custody . They don’t give salary in sales. For first few months they show good behaviour and then they treat you like servant

...s unless you have a argument with anyone from management even if you are right . You get to see new cars with your salary that they deducted or delayed .

Ohh I can't explain salary is always late useless deductions and 15% salary is currently deducted just because the founder wanted to buy a new vehicle. The work culture timings and the micro management is endless . No wfh even if it rains or there are protests you have to come even if you get injured . Some of the old employees just sit there waiting for their esops and sublet the work to their juniors . Many of the old employees who were a great addition to the team have left due to the toxic culture. There is no parking only a sand dune which sinks as rain happens no freebies parking everything is paid . For freshers this might be okay but for experienced people I think you should keep your options given that the upper management consists of a series of relatives needing employment .
