I had a worst experience there, they are poor in every aspect, never got salary on time, never got our incentives..they are liars…please don’t ruin your working experience by joining this company.

Everything about the company, specially seniors and mr amithabh hazra, think after giving salary they buy us like dogs and want everything to do from us what they said ,no work life balance, deduction in salary and weekly of are normal for them and money from every employee

Is not good experience because its not provide to salary time to time and its not to provide to incentive and it's fake answer to bank merg and anyone not to pickup the call not answer the email it's so bad

...s unless you have a argument with anyone from management even if you are right . You get to see new cars with your salary that they deducted or delayed .

Ohh I can't explain salary is always late useless deductions and 15% salary is currently deducted just because the founder wanted to buy a new vehicle. The work culture timings and the micro management is endless . No wfh even if it rains or there are protests you have to come even if you get injured . Some of the old employees just sit there waiting for their esops and sublet the work to their juniors . Many of the old employees who were a great addition to the team have left due to the toxic culture. There is no parking only a sand dune which sinks as rain happens no freebies parking everything is paid . For freshers this might be okay but for experienced people I think you should keep your options given that the upper management consists of a series of relatives needing employment .

Worst work culture healthians have they force employee to work 12 hours such 3 rd class management they have live Mohammad Shavez Khans , Hr Anjali Sharma, and even CEO it self Deepak Sahni

They deducted salary if you even have leaves in your bucket force employee ot work 12 hours on daily basis also also upper management is also worst their wording change every time then are not even stick to their word itself thuuk se chakta is word made for healthians
