Partial Salary and lots of employee don't want to work with them . They are giving salary after 90 days with partial salary . All employee beg for the salary to HR and He gets ignores all Calls

...there which you can like in the company since starting to exit from the company. Salary come after 2 months and minimum time 2 and half month, maximum 3 months. Initially give you salary timely 1 or 2 month after that you have to beg every time otherwise they will forget. You have to beg your appraisal and they will deny. HR team are big liars, they make fake promise, first of all you have to wait for a full of the day for an interview, they never give any increment but promise after 6 month we will increase your salary, which will never. Work environment pathetic, no proper seating arrangement, no ventilation, no proper washroom, no cafeteria, you have to take the lunch on your seat.

...have like nonsense, no respect of your knowledge and career, 1 man army company. Even you reach one minute late your half day salary will be deduct. office coming time fix but leaving time - you can not left the office on time, 1-2 hour extra time daily have to give. So humble request you if you have self respect don't join this organization otherwise every single minute you have to face a challenge. 3 months notice period here as well as 1 year bond at the time of joining. Employees are giving resignation due to such a sic and pathetic environment.

...his company from the very first day you feel that you are learning new things. Now some information in terms of monetary, In this company I had seen that salary is little late but at the time of interview they informing every one that salary is delay if you are comfortable then you may join, it clearly shows that this company is not giving any kind of fake commitments and they are honest towards their employees. The growth rate is so good here i had seen that a field boy has promoted to filing department, then he promoted to admin and from admin he promoted to Shipping manager, I bet no company even big Mnc's companies can't give you this much growth. Apart from this you will get benefits of timely appraisal and bonus, which is far better in comparison to gurgaon and noida companies. From my personal experience i will say that if you want to start your career or you want to work in a peaceful environment and wants to see yourself growing this is the best company to work with.

Dislikes of this company that you will not found good ambience or infrastructure in comparison to gurgaon or noida. Outside office there is no good restaurant or cafe where you can go for snacks or lunch. Based out in industrial area, proper car parking facility is not available.

I want to be straight its been working in this organisation for like another 4 years and i personally aware about the work scenario and the level of etiquette working experience was on top notch and you will learn very basic thing about internal education and it will help you in future overall am very blessed to work in this company.

There is one negative point i have to highlight is salary delay but thats not really my biggest concern i am happy with this organisation

... quickly to match with market demands. 2) Support from MD & Senior Management. 3) Competitive Salary, Appraisals & Career Growth. 4) No Politics till the end of year 2019.

Why i Quit? Things changed after 2019 & Pandemic. 1) Change in Senior management in mid-late 2020, and things went worst, relates to leave approval, salary timing, work life balance, & increased politics. 2) HR is the most incapable department in this company. They will never respond you until you resign. Good HRs don't stay in this company, they just leave or fired within a few months. 3) Delayed Salary Upto 2 months, that damaged my finance drastically. (However i used to receive salary 3-4 days earlier than other employees). Let's suppose January salary on 18 March. 4) New Policies Introduced after 2020, that are not at all in favour of employees. They have put all efforts to cut your hard earned salary. 5) I've seen employees on notice period not getting paid. Let's say you resign on 12 october, then your August & September salary will be on hold (August salary still not received :) ) and will be cleared in full and final that will happen after 6 months or 1 year. I have seen employees waiting for full and final for almost 2 years. However in my case, my full & final was done on time. Suggestion:- Join this company to learn something new, different & to quickly develop your skills. Work honestly & Give your 100%, Management will not disappoint you with appraisals etc. Keep at least your 2 month salary stored in Bank account because you will need money when you will not receive your salary for upto 2 months. Be ready to follow rules that are usually made for labor class workers. If you are already at senior level, look somewhere else.
