This company is not into product base, they provide services to clients. The company hire candidates by giving wrong information. There is no job security.

The place is really good and the staff value their employees and strictly they will not micro manage. Give enough time to think and place our ideas.

There is nothing much to like. Its a small company with toxic people with no talent around. IT manager - does not even know anything in computer science. She always uses the victim card, even on stand-up meetings. HR team - they work like they are already owned by else - they just make their own rules and try to press the employees.
