There is nothing to like about this organisation. unqualified people are sitting in higher position only because of "yes boss" culture. POSH policies or any other HR policies are not transparent, cases are cleared as Mid-Senior Management practice negative favouritism. Only deceitful people can excel here.

Office politics, Favouritism, Extreme Pay disparity Lack of strong policies, No integrity, No patient data privacy, data is shared to 3rd party without consent. Slave to client and money.
