...at humiliate their employees. Management is not aware what was going in company. No diwali bonus. No OT. There is an incentive but when you work for incentive they gradually increase target so that you can not achieve Target so basically there is No Incentive. Quality team working based upon their own FIXED target and it has to achieved which is not depend upon ops total target( if ops has 350 target then quality has 420 target on daily basis).No work life balance. No IJP and if it's there then it's all pre decided. No growth. Nothing is good but some good thing management trying to change but old peoples does not want to change anything so they try to change there upper management or they implement there's old manual rule which is not mentioned any where on paper.

User need to work on Saturdays also which is like compulsory for employees. Leaves are only reflecting in bucket but it's not allowed if you are not favourite person. Appraisal and increment is totally based upon favourite person and data,work, talents etc are useless infront of ur supervisor so nothing will be achieved. HR is too slow to respond on anything regarding interview or any queries. Shift is for 9.30 instead of 9 hours and you have to extend your shift otherwise need to come on Saturdays. If employee leaves companies then they will not hire or replace with other person ,they just divide his/her work and burden existing employee. Supervisor can work from home or office but QC team does not allowed. Persons which are working WFH from Covid are not called by company to work from office while the person who got recently WFH are called in office within 2 months which is not fair and management does not know about it. EGO hurt more occasionsally and oftenly of supervisor. They are like glue and working since company started and does not want any changes. They like manual instead management is moving towards automation and management is not aware of anything regarding what was done on floors. Appraisal is in manager hand not upon what you worked and what your data said.

Salary on time leave encashment policy is very less.

Dislikes

Beware of Mr Joseph Shekri Manager from medical contact center team he is very possessive manager he seem not concern about process and complaints of Client. He just needs to know how many time we are going to washroom and personal life when we are we getting married and all this matter new management or Mr Vimal Singh and Mr Punit Bhardve should take action.

Jobs is very good , Job security very good , never seen any employees getting fired in my 3 years in HPI.

Dislikes

the Salary Procedure , while the Employees who been working for more than 3 years of experience , are getting paid , much less then the latter's who have 6 months experience.

Worst Company no growth scope and ask money if will to resign before 2 years took 25k from my FNF and if redused to pay they won’t give you reliving letter. Operation Director are senseless. This is the only company who makes employee work for 9.5 hrs on which their KPI says 8.5hrs should be productive hours

Good company Good people not all Somewhere I found partiality Otherwise company is good. Company definitely go more good if they teach some manager how to treat employees
